Glompi Shipping Policy

At Glompi, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This policy applies to all domestic orders placed within the United States.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping based on your order total:

  • Orders of $100.00 or more: FREE Shipping
  • Orders under $100.00: $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated in USD and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines (United States)

To help you estimate when your package will arrive, please refer to the following schedule:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Locations & Carriers

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress through our Track Your Order page or directly via the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Issues
