1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery availability will be confirmed automatically at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer $5.95 for US deliveries, and FREE shipping on orders over $100 for all US orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Transit Time: 4 to 7 working days
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or public holidays.

Taxes
All applicable sales taxes are collected based on your shipping address within the United States. Taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
• Certain items may be restricted due to carrier limitations.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, it may be returned to us. We will contact you and arrange reshipment if needed. Additional shipping fees may not apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
