Inspect Your Order Promptly

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours via our Contact Page or by emailing hello@glompi.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect

Our 12-Month Warranty

All eligible Glompi products are protected against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This coverage applies to our bedding collections, bathroom essentials, and other soft goods intended for normal residential use.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, such as stitching failures or fabric defects, provided the item has been cared for according to the included product care instructions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at hello@glompi.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos/video of the defect.
  3. Our team will review your claim. We may provide a prepaid return label for inspection.
  4. If approved, we will—at our discretion—repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue a refund/store credit.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, fabric softening, minor fading, or flattening of fill).
  • Damage caused by misuse, pets, stains, or improper laundering (e.g., use of bleach or high-heat drying).
  • Comfort preferences (e.g., firmness, loft, or texture).
  • Commercial, hospitality, or non-residential use.
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors (fire, water damage, etc.).
