Inspect Your Order Promptly
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours via our Contact page or by emailing hello@glompi.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the issue
Our Product Coverage
All eligible items are protected against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and care (per the care label/instructions).
If a specific product includes an extended coverage period, it will be clearly listed in the Specifications section on that product’s page.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at hello@glompi.com or through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos/video of the defect and, if requested, a photo of the care label or batch tag.
- We may provide a prepaid return label or request the item be returned for inspection. Returned items must be clean.
- If your claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue a refund or store credit. Replacements continue the remainder of the original warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
Coverage does not apply to:
- Damage from misuse, improper care, or not following care instructions (e.g., bleach/harsh detergents, high-heat drying, ironing when prohibited)
- Normal wear and tear (including pilling, minor shrinkage within industry tolerances, and color fading due to washing/sunlight)
- Stains, odors, liquids, mold/mildew, or pest damage
- Cosmetic issues not affecting function (e.g., wrinkles after laundering, loose surface threads)
- Accidental damage, loss/theft, fire, or water damage unrelated to manufacturing
- Commercial use or rental when the product is intended for residential use
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
