Glompi Return & Refund Policy

At Glompi, we want you to love your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Returned in the original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and documents).
  • Resalable: Items must be in a resalable condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

We categorize returns into two types:

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, Glompi will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit your needs, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fees: Glompi does not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@glompi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include your full name and order number inside the package (e.g., Johanna Smith - GL4407).
  4. Ship the Package: Drop the package at your nearest carrier location. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that it may take an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For direct exchanges, please contact us at hello@glompi.com within 30 days of delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items marked as "Final Sale" or gift cards are not eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (such as certain bedding accessories), this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
