Glompi Billing Terms & Conditions

At Glompi, we value your security and convenience. We provide a secure payment environment that is fully compliant with U.S. regulations to ensure your shopping experience is safe and straightforward.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods for all domestic orders:

2. Payment Processing & Currency

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Timing: Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been confirmed.
  • Security: If a payment is declined or fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Secure Transactions (SSL Encryption)

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you experience any issues with your transaction, please contact us at hello@glompi.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter promptly.
