How do I order?

Click the Add to Cart button to add your selected items. When you’re ready, go to the cart and click Checkout to complete your purchase.

 

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by PCI-compliant providers (e.g., card networks and digital wallets). We don’t store full card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted.

When will I get my order?

USA: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch (timelines vary by item, destination zip code, and carrier).

What are the costs of shipping?

USA shipping: Free for orders of $100 USD+. Otherwise a flat rate of $5.99 USD applies.

Any applicable fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and items.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship within the USA. We look forward to shipping to other countries.

 

Where do your products ship from?

We ship from trusted partner warehouses in the U.S.

 

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

Not always. To speed things up, items may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

 

What is your return policy?

If your purchase isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging unless defective.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please report delivery damage or defects within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos/video so we can help quickly.

Do I need to pay taxes or duties?

U.S. orders: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Sales tax collected on shipments to Florida; other US states currently not taxed.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, contact us right away with your order number. If the order has already shipped, we’ll help with a return or exchange per our policy.

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll reply with instructions and any return labels if applicable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

How are refunds issued and when?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post them within 3–10 business days after we process the return.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and digital wallets, including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, and Visa. Availability may vary by region and device.

 

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

Enter your code in the “Discount code or gift card” box at checkout and click apply. Unless noted, one code per order.

 

My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what now?

First, check your mailbox/porch, with household members, and with neighbors, and confirm the shipping address. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery so we can assist.

 

Care instructions for bedding

Always follow the product’s care label. In general: machine wash cold on gentle, use mild detergent, avoid bleach/brighteners, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. High heat can damage fibers and cause shrinkage.
