• Delivery Area: We currently ship only within the United States (50 states & D.C.).
• Future Expansion: We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

• Processing Time: Orders are handled within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are prioritized for same-day processing; later orders begin the next business day.
• No Shipping Days: We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, typical transit time is 5–7 business days (varies by destination and carrier).

• Carrier Services: We ship with trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Tracking Information: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video so we can assist quickly.
